1. Digital Products Refund Policy

The Sri Yantra Masterclass is an instant-access digital product comprising recorded masterclass sessions, downloadable presentation PDFs, and guided materials.

Due to the immediate digital access granted upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and access token/confirmation has been delivered.

2. Technical & Access Issues

If you encounter any technical issues accessing your masterclass link, or if you were charged but did not receive your confirmation email/access token:

• Provide your payment reference ID or registered email address.
• We will manually verify your payment and issue your access link within 24 hours.

3. Duplicate Charges

In the event of a duplicate payment due to a payment gateway glitch, the excess amount will be refunded back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
